Raleigh, North Carolina- Calling all Chili Cooks or anyone and everyone that claims they make the best chili in the world. Time to dust off grandma’s recipe or get your chef fired up and get cookin. Apply now to enter Chili Spark Con-Carne, a chili cook-off held in conjuction with SPARK CON '07 at Moore Square, Sunday, September 23rd, 2007. You can compete for a chance to go to the World Championship or claim coveted branging rights for your restaurant, catering company, chef or corporation. First Timer? No worries, this cook-off is directed by the current North Carolina state champion Domino Ireland. He can hand out sage(cumin) advice and directions on getting started and how you can have a chance to win it all.
