Teresa is the CEO of Creative Leadership Adventures. She is known for her high energy level, her creativity and her take action attitude. She believes that 100% is possible 100% of the time. Having studied innovation, change leadership, creativity and the creative process for over 15 years, Teresa has become an expert at breakthrough thinking and designing actions that drive results. She has a passion for assisting individuals and organizations in turning ideas and innovation into true action plans and profitable
results. In 2001, Teresa founded Creative Leadership Adventures, LLC (CLA) to encourage innovative minds, ideation and action in corporations and communities.

Teresa is a former executive of the Tom Peters Company which provided a platform for expanding her thought leadership experience. Prior to founding CLA, she held senior positions with Red Hat, building early sales and marketing teams and establishing the strategic alliances and revenue models with IBM, Dell and Compaq among others. Prior to Red Hat, Teresa's roles included;
co-founding partner and Vice President of Sales and Marketing of
the venture backed Software Company, Technuats, Inc and Region Director for Picturetel Corporation, a market-leading manufacturer of videoconferencing technology.

Teresa is also a singer/songwriter with a passion for music and the creative arts and Founder of Night of Dreams, an all volunteer non profit organization focused on promotion and development of emerging artists for the benefit of community based charities.
